WHY I DO, WHAT I DO

"What I see and understand with Adrian is that his undeniable need to inspire and motivate others. Whether it’s through his intense, yet humbling and motivational one on one conversations, that goofy laugh of his or just living fearless in the moment... he has that gift that lifts people to new heights. I mean, I type this while I’m in Flagstaff, AZ because we had such a powerful and meaningful conversation. It literally saved and changed my life. And now I have and see opportunities I never knew possible. All because of him I believed in the human spirit and that we’re stronger when we’re serving to our fullest potential and living our life with purpose. That’s all the difference it takes." - AS

“Adrian comes to work with a smile on his face, he is one of the humblest I have met at his age. He has inspired me with his motivational quotes and advice that has helped me regain my confidence as an individual after having taken one of the lowest blows in my life that left me discombobulated not knowing what to do next with my life. He is a top notched worker and we are very fortunate to have him. Adrian may need to consider working on a more permanent placement in the company as I feel his skills can benefit other areas and departments of that nature so to maybe explore that further. He can teach others if he is to be in a lead position of sorts. I feel he could benefit the operation greatly helping out our current leads with his input and insight.” - BZ

Adrian has a strong work ethic that I see all the time when we work together at Disneyland.  Not only does he accomplish his duties, but he will also step up to provide additional help to others when they are behind or are short-handed.  He always brings a positive attitude to work that is infectious and it makes it a joy to work with him.  His strong leadership qualities makes him an excellent trainer in the different roles in Disneyland’s Parade Support Team.  He has a thorough knowledge of all the roles within the department and is my go-to guy when I need information on what to do when I am not familiar with the role.  Adrian is one of a few cast members that I look forward to in working with when I see the daily cast member line-up posted. - HJ
